
1.Basic Training
The basic program consists practicing Stances,Blocks,Kicks,Strikes as well as learning The Songahm Traditional Forms and One-Step Sparrings.
Form – Individual action- helping student of Taekwondo to learn how to develop Focus, Correct Techniques, Balance, Speed, Power and Feeling of movements.
One-Step Sparing – Transition utility-using to prepare a student for sparing learning how to judge Distance, focus technique to specific body Targets, execute techniques while the body is in motion (Timing) and concentrate while under pressure of an attack.

2.Black Belt Club
The Black Belt Club Program is one step forward on the way to become an advanced Taekwondo Martial Artist. This program is includes Basic Training Program and also includes Free Sparing classes.
Free sparing – Relative action- teaching student how to apply safely offensive& defensive techniques in practice followed by Taekwondo rules of Point Sparing, letting students to increase their One-step Sparring knowledge and skill of various techniques and combinations, providing fast thinking and reactions on changing situations, improving physical fitness and build self-confidence!

1.Master Club
Master Club program is developed to all students regardless of rank or age. It represents the highest level of our “Success through Goal Settings” philosophy.
Master Club program offering Basic Training, Free Sparing + additional MC weapon practice.
Master Club program is the most popular program of Taekwondo because of the wide variety of unique Weapons that are used. Teaching student to operate with Bahng Mahng Ee, Ssahng Joel Bong, John Bong ext.

2.Leadership Program
Leadership Program helps students to develop the skills needed to succeed not only in Martial art but on Daily Basis as well, make children to be recognized as State and World Champions or students with the Best grades at school. Leadership Program has no limits on classes per week giving an access to Special Leadership class when students learn how to think act and communicate like a leader. The Life Skills, such as goal-setting and perseverance form the sturdy foundation upon which young students learn to visualize and achieve great results in their education, careers, relationships and other areas. The teaching curriculum, while tailored to the martial arts classroom in particular, contains principles and practice of group management and interpersonal communication skills relevant to many other leadership situations. Leaders are required to assist in class so they will become accustomed to public speaking and guiding others. The teaching skills in this program also “lay the groundwork” for students wishing to eventually become Certified Instructors.
